Greetings and Namaste,
Spend some time with these basic building blocks of cocreation until I publish the follow up post to this.
The truth is.
So why don't you like it?
What would you have happen if you truly believed something else could happen?
Why don't you truly believe in the possibility you just created?
Why are you biased against your own idea of what you truly want to happen?
Why don't you believe it can happen?
Isn't it your truth?
The truth is.
If you don't believe in your own truth, neither can Source Energy.
Therefore, you are in conflict.
Your faith is in conflict and this is what Source Energy understands as your faith.
So then you get conflicting results.
This is the Law of Attraction.
It is not anyone else's responsibility to believe and subsequently have faith in anything you believe.
This is exclusively your job.
Whatever you believe, Source Energy simply sends witnesses to you in the form of what you truly believe.
Everything you believe is what you believe about yourself. Everything. Even what you think you believe about others is how you feel about yourself. Soemthing you don't like about yourself gets projected outside of your immediate consciousness, but shows up in your immediate awareness. Still want to be a master and cocreator? *smile*
Look at your life.
Look closely.
Now feel deeply.
Allow yourself to feel.
What is your life showing you that you believe, thus have faith in?
The truth is.
If you believe what you see is immovable, then you believe and have faith that your own thoughts are immovable.
Now, are you ready to be fully aware of your abilities as a cocreator?
This is the first and final step.
Ready.
YOU ARE TRUTH.
There is nothing about yourself that you can hide. The material world shows you who you are. Are your true feelings about your life in opposition to what your life is showing you? Then you are in opposition to your true Self. Thus, what your life is showing you is the product of conflicting thought patterns regarding the only two choices you truly have: Seperation from Self or Unity of Self.
So who are you? What is your truth? The truth! Are you judging yourself? Doubt is judgment, which is the seperation.
Your only purpose is complete happiness. You have little faith in this.
Look deeply. Ask. Listen. You have hidden your Self, from yourself, and well.
Do you even truly know what will give you lasting happiness? Does the thought of what it could be scare you? If so, you are misunderstanding your Self.
This is where the road to knowing your Self began and where it ends---in the joy you know must be.
The truth is.
Ask. Listen to your Self. Do not judge what comes to you. Allow yourself to feel and be conscious of anything that you truly feel.

The Ecstasy of Living: Honesty and Truth
Greetings Readers! Namaste.
Welcome to the New You, now. Happy New You, now.
I want to write right now, but don't have the patience to truly finesse this post. That's honesty. My truth is, I would like to finesse this post, but I'm not right now. The difference between honesty and truth is thinly veiled indeed. It is possible to be honest, but not truthful. That is because the truth is whole. Truly, there are no real differences in the world, only diverstiy. Truly, in truth, there is only ever truth. One can choose to lie or to tell the truth. The truth is, you can lie or tell the truth. Variation isn't real difference, it's simply diverstiy. As I wrote before, there are only ever two choices. So why does there seem to be an infinite amount of choices available for consideration? I haven't finessed the following answer, but I do know, that at its core, it's all the same and the choice that wrote it was (is) unity. Ready?
There appears to be an infinite amount of choices because of our varying loyalities to our own truth. Varying loyalities? Well yeah. Do you go along to get along, but if you really could, you wouldn't go along? That's why I would call it a varying loyalty. Already I hear a "well but"? That is varying loyalty in itself. I can also hear the words of my preeminent spiritual teacher and brother as I type this, "You either believe all of it, or none of it." [sic]. So, I would say you either believe all of your truth or none of it--and that would put one in a very precarious situation indeed. Why? One could easily be blind to the truth that he is a perpetual liar.
People make endless decisions based on the one true choice for seperation or unity. Seperation occurs as a result of not being in alignment with what you really think and feel. Often, it is feeling that we betray. Can you imagine? How could you ever feel whole when you do this? It is what we know as The Seperation. Again, the truth is whole.
We've been taught that feelings are inferior to what we think, yet as I know you know, emotions can reek havoc on our lives. Otherwise, what's the problem? Therefore, "the problem" is siding against the truth of how we are really feeling. There would be no problems if awareness was soley a matter of thinking. It's not. The truth is whole. Our emotions are an analytical component of MIND at the highest level. When in full alignment, you will experience ecstasy. It is the bliss of God. We'll get to why this is and why it is a prerequsite to be fully present in and of God in any dimension of awareness.
Most of us have been making decisions based on matters of personal security. Which is fine if you were just a body. You are not a body at all. But there is much faith that we are indeed bodies. The world seems cruel from the bodies perspective, thus are decisions made based on the belief of being a body, which begets the effects of seperation, which feels, at it's core, helpless and needy. It creates an us versus them mentality. A this versus that mentality. From this perspective comes the belief in survival. When a person thinks they are a body, it is natural to make decisions in this way. However, when feelings and thoughts are in absolute alignment, which is not a walk in the park to achieve, you are in full alignment with your God Self and you will experience security regardless of any situation at a nearly incomprehensible level.
Let's assume you choose to walk the path of honesty and then ultimately, truth. Let's start with, what do you really believe, thus assign faith to? (Note that I have chosen to take my Self on and this is where I am right now in my journey.)
I have faith in the belief that I have to work to support myself. I have to tell you that this is the biggest lie I tell myself, but it is so firmly rooted in my mind that the thought of not having faith in it is paralyzing. Why? Well, to some of us it is obvious. Work is how a person supports one's self, etc. However, if I were to stare down my naked soul, then what I am about to say is the truth. I don't like "working" at all. It borders on hatred. Whoa! Strong words. Well, strong feelings. Me admitting that I don't like working is honesty. Telling you that my feelings about it border on hatred---truth. That is a hard pill to swallow when you are then faced with what it could mean to challenge such a widely held cornerstone of supposed "truth" of life for just about anything breathing on the planet. How could I say such a thing? And what does it mean in the grander scheme of my life? Sigh....
Absolutely no sigh!!! There is no sigh because what I am passionate about is passion!!! Momma I wanna sing, dance, laugh, play, travel, etc. None of which I do at the level of passion I truly want to experience of my own freewill eight hours a day, five days a week at a job. Just thinking about it elicits self-pity or--you guessed it--hatred. Both self-pity and hatred are the result of an originating choice for seperation. Seperation from the truth of who I am and how I really feel. Sure, I can say, "Well, that's the way of the world. Who am I to change it?" Some cop out bullshit. Sorry folks, it is. Why? Because we are cocreators with The Infinite All and you get what you are committed to.
The truth is, I have been more committed to comfort than discomfort and the older I get, the more this is true. This means less risk-taking. Since "Source" is unconditional, you get what you are committed to. You show your committment not by your words, "I wish, I would, I could, I should, etc..."------you show your commitment by your commitments. You wake up and make a cup of coffee, you're committed to it. You wake up and go to work, you're committed to it. You got a funked up perspective about what this or that means--you're committed to your funked up perspective. That's the real.
Now, truthfully, I got a funked up perspective about work that I either get to bring my emotions into alignment with or I get to choose to follow my true passions. That is a real choice. Any subsequent choices are really just decisions. At the level of choice, you are cocreating.
I got 10 straight years of not being in alignment with working and about 10 disjointed years with not being in alignment with working. (I'm 36.) I loved learning, but sometimes school was utterly ridiculous. I like living classrooms and dynamic personal interaction. Overall, I am pissed about buying into things I never believed in, in the first place. Never! And that is the truth. If you have not reached such a milestone in your life, you will. And you will have arrived at choice. Choice will be Self-denial or Self-love. You'll know what you have chosen by how you feel when you choose.
I am intentionally challenging the notion of hand-holding myself through this, so I can see myself. This may mean that you detect a bit of pent up aggression. This may feel uncomfortable. This may give some of you pause. I am comforted by God's unconditional nature. It means I don't have to judge myself about how I really feel. I can choose to "unify" which may seem like a lot at this point--going through the muck I've made to make it back to my Self. Not the helpless, powerless small "s" self I made when I made countless decisions to play it safe, not step on anyone's toes, play my role, be thankful for what I have when I know damn well I don't "feel" like it's enough. Let me make a point here to say that anything is enough when you are truly satisfied. Let me be clear. I have not been truly satisfied because I have not been fully my Self.
I can choose peace at the moment, but it would be fake. Fake peace? Yes, yes you know what fake peace is, don't sell yourself out now. We've come so far and I've been so honest so that we can share this experience together. Fake peace is, "I do this because I get just enough benefit out of it to even bother with doing it all." Whew! Just writing that is making my new found freedom of Self well-up with, "That is some dumb shit to be committed to". Why would my new found freedom of Self say such a thing? Because instaneously, I can see/feel/know that doing that is some small me messness. Having made myself available to the "truth" and not just the honesty of who I am and what I feel, I instantly know, when I am deciding to play it safe, not to rock the boat, just be okay, get out while the getting is something better than not having anything at all.
This feeling ladies and gentlemen is more than how I feel about work. It's how I feel about my life at the level of choice. Sure, I can say, "Well I did what I knew how to do." That is true for what has been. What has happened is not what I know now. What I know now is my Self. I took this journey to find truth and the truth has arrived with scales and a blazing sword asking me at the apex of Source, "Choose". I so wanted to know. I so wanted to know! And here it is. The intensity of this level of honesty really can only be achieved when you have ceased to blame anyone or anything else for anything that has ever happened.
The intensity of this level of truth is the realization that you are indeed MIND. If you are to perceive yourself as being wholly whole then you are responsible for everything. But don't take that on with your ego mind, which believes in time, thus makes decisions based on past events in the present. Time does not exist. Take that on with the MIND of ALL. The only time that you are truly existing in----is right now. Has your awareness changed as you've aged? No, only your perception of diversity, which is to perceive difference. You always exist in the now. "Choose." And choose now based on how you really feel now. It can be a long way back to knowing your true feelings because most people don't even know that they choose based on past results. The effect is, choosing security out of doubting any other possibilities.
And it is at this junction my friends, that you will have made your first real choice since perhaps, you were a baby. Perhaps. "I make real choices." I hear some of you saying. Laughable. No one makes any real choices if any part of their life is based on any other time, but now. Even if you have loving obligations, your choices are limited. It is the nature of this reality. No one makes any real choices if any part of their being is based on something that happened in the past. Anything. So who are you? Hidden underneath all the layers of survival, of learned reaction, of learned response, of cultural identity, of preference, of blah, blah, blah--is you. Who are you?
This can sound pretty major. Let me save those of you who sometimes vibe with anything I say some surface trouble of wanting to know the answer right now. The answer to that question is the same for everyone and everthing. You are. God is. What does this mean? It means anything you want it to mean. This is freedom. But let me share this because there is always a catch. Whenever you can't be honest, whenever you can't tell the truth--you are not free and make no mistake, this is the number one law that governs all incarnations of reality in every universe in the omniverse--------The Truth, is free. God is unconditional love and love is what you are. God is unconditional because God is free. God is.
Now here is the real question? Cassandra, now that you have peeped the face of God, would you be free? This is the answer to the final choice you will make "now". Do you believe in seperation or do you believe in unity? And at the highest level of awakening, unity is truth, because the truth is whole. And the truth is free.
Thank you and I love you all. Where ever you feel love, I will with my Father to increase your joy. Be courageous in more moments. You will transform and so will the world. Hold tight and trust Him, however you believe in Whatever has given you your awareness. Hold tight and experience The Ecstasy of "Now". Be, free. Know creation. And know your Self as you were created. You are. Now what will you create.

God is a DJ
Greetings, Gratitude, and Namaste!!!
I love you and love is a verb. It is the movement that encompasses all that is. It is the most flexible experience in the universe, because it is the Universe. It is the Omniverse. It is the UniOmniversal. The United Everything. Because its flexibility knows no conditions, it can BE anything, therefore, everything, and subsequently, it just IS. There are no conditions to it or within it. And this is why the love of God is unconditional.
If there is a question you fear asking, it can not be God you are speaking to, because God answers all inquiries, because God is unconditional love. Love is. It is a movement that allows all experience without judgement. It is all accepting. Let it be repeated that Love is a verb. It is not a person, place or thing--it is, and it is everything. It can not be described, thus it is formless. The joy one can experience from manifesting this Truth into one's life is immeasuarable. Literally, how happy do you want to be? God asks, "How happy can you stand it?"
I faced my greatest fears these passed two weeks on a year long journey (and some change) that has lead to my enlightenment. I faced the illusions of losing my mother, time, death, and the possibility of never realizing eternal certainty. I am elated to say that these are all indeed, illusions. If God is everything, then Everything must be God. If everything is a win, how can you lose? Losing is an illusion.
I just wanted to tell you the good news. I am writing a book as a tribute to my ego, God bless it. In the language that the ego understands, that book will contain the Truth. The name of the book is entitled "God is a DJ: The Incredibly True Adventures of Black Star. The Story of Creation, Temptation, and the Path Back to Eden." You don't want to miss this one if you like exceptional fiction! LOL.
In the meantime, my Higher Self, created this blog. And this blog is about the ultimate choice. And that is, "What would you believe?" All God asks is for you to choose. And your faith is in what you choose.

The Magnificent News about Reality: It's Your Choice!
You are endowed with the power of creation
You create like your Mother Father All
Source is-----------Divine Light
God is love ------------literally.
God loves you unconditionally.
God doesn't know anything else, but love.
God is love manifest
God is the Truth.
God is Love.
Anything else, is an illusion.
You create like God.
Through miracles.
Miracles are thoughts.
You are a thought, not a body.
When you think you're just a body, you forget you are eternal Light.
You are the Love and the Light.
Look at it this way. Your computer, desk, house, car, whatever...
are all thoughts that were manifested into the material.
Same with you, me, everyone. We're thoughts made material.
And we have freewill.
Freewill means we can think what we want, thereby creating our own creations.
However, unlike the material, we are made from the Eternal. The Light
The material is an illusion.
Did I say you create like God?
You create with your thoughts.
This is important. Ready?
You create with all your thoughts.
Consciously and subconsciously. Directly and indirectly.
And, there is something you should know.

The Secret is right, "energy" goes where attention flows.
The saying, "What you resist, persists" is the same thing. Get it?
Why? Cause you create like God. Thought + energy.
Remember, God is love. Pure energy. Pure, energy. Light. Love is the most powerful energy--period. It is God.
There is no thought that God has that isn't worthy of God's love. You are God's love.
Remember the message of Jesus?
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Light.
Jesus is the material manifestation of "the thought" of Self-Acceptance through Love.
Everyone you see is you. You are the Christ Mind.
Christ is the extension of God's love made manifest.
So Jesus Christ is Self-Acceptance through the extension of God's love made manifest.
Would you like a scientific explanation? It can be explained scientifically. Why? How?
Because God makes sense. Only an illusion does not make sense. An illusion is based on perception.
Just know that God has no secrets and you can ask God anything.
However, you must welcome your spiritual sight first.
Spiritual sight?
You are God's love extended.
You have free will.
You create like God.
You create by thinking.
Your creations are your thoughts.
Perception is the thought that all your thoughts aren't holy. That your thoughts are divided into holy, less holy, unholy--whatever.
But, what about...?
Have you ever had a violent, crazy dream and then woke up.
Same thing. You don't go into your dream to prosecute all the craziness in the dream.
It's just a dream. Your dream images are merely communication tools. Your spiritual sight will help you interpret the images you see--period, allowing you to see Truth. The truth is God is Love. So the images you see are literally trying to communicate something to you about what you think and how you think.
"Life is a dream? It seems so real." Well, this ought to confirm how powerful the Christ Mind is, being fueled by Love Itself.
How could God allow negativity? God is unconditional love. YOU HAVE FREE WILL. YOU ALLOW what you "perceive" to be experienced as negativity. And the magnitude of energy that you place into the perception of it being negative is the magnitude by which it manifests in "real life".
One of my favorite sayings of Jesus is, "You are much too tolerate of mind wandering." LOL!!!
You ARE creating your reality.
You are creating your life with your thoughts.
You are drawing to you the manifestation of what you think.
God does not make a distinction between good and bad. Those are perceptions based on illusions. God doesn't know what an illusion is, the same way you don't know what someone else dreamed unless they tell you. (And be grateful God doesn't know what negativity is, there truly would be a Hell.)
God wants you to have what you want. So if you are always thinking about something, no matter what it is, the Universe gives it to you. Wow. Incredible.
And, the energy you put into it, is the manifestation of how it shows up.
Here's the kicker.
You are creating with your conscious AND unconscious thoughts.
Your unconscious is NOT unconscious.
It is indeed, your DIVINE SELF!!!
I can't stress this enough!!! It's your Essence. You are the Love of God.
How well do you know your Divine Self?
This is key.
You are called to work in partnership with your Divine Self. What you know as your conscious self is the ego you, born of the material. Your Divine Self is always trying to get your attention, but you will need your Spritual sight to interpret what It is trying to communicate to you. And it is always communicating your perfection to you. ALWAYS. This perfection is the Love That You Are and that you are innately called to extend to your creations. Your creations are your thoughts. Don't you want to think of magnificent, wonderous, beautious, amazing things that show up in the material?
Where do you think all the repressed thoughts go?
Right into the hands of your Divine Self. Why?
Cause those thoughts need love!!!!!!!!!!!!
They don't disappear. They show up in your dreams and in your dream of "real life" wanting----LOVE.
You create like God.
God is unconditional love.
-HOWEVER-
You have free will
so you can think what you want to think
you can even think that perception is real and infuse it with energy
until it becomes a belief in your reality
AND
remember, all your creations (thoughts) have free will too.
See how quickly thoughts can turn into all kinds of other things.
This is why you are called to think about the things you really want.
About Spiritual Sight as It Relates to Extending Love to Thoughts Lacking Love
So, if someone shows up you think is too controlling and this really bothers you. Forgive the thought.
AND
Give yourself more freedom in the ways you think the other person lacks freedom. This is a message from the Divine to the you. Love has shown you where love is not. And make no mistake, Love is freedom! It is the ultimate freedom. It is the ultimate anything is possible power of the Universe. If you didn't need more freedom in the way the "controlling" person showed up--THEY NEVER WOULD HAVE SHOWN UP. Because if the behavior didn't upset you, you wouldn't have noticed it. You noticed it because it's your issue. You created it. And when you and your Divine Self are not in alignment, your Divine Self lets you know through your---emotions. The Divine Self doesn't know what conflict is, so the resulting feeling is quite an experience. You can label it if you like (i.e. discontent, etc.), but all it is, is not being in alignment with your Divine Self--which is unconditional love. The flow of unconditional love has been block by a limitation--something that Love knows nothing about. Overcoming the limitation is as simple as unblocking the flow with Love.
You are called to extend love to thoughts lacking love. You do this by identifying the part of you that feels incomplete, hurt, guilty, etc., and then infusing it with the love it needs. You have it in you! Yes you do! You are love, unconditional. The only reason you would think you are not is if you think you are a body. But you're not a body. You're Light.
So, if you think you are dumb, you are not. You are Intelligence. You are the Christ Mind. And everything available in the Christ Mind is available to you. Ask and you shall receive. (Same goes for thinking you're dumb. Ask and you shall receive.) But only one is True. So why even believe the other.
By increasing your own freedom (love) where you experience blocks or limitations, you actually allow the healing of God to occur. So, get out of your own way.
When you allow love in your mind where it is lacking, you change your own reality in the material world.
It is like this for any thought (creation).
So what about crappy situation? What's crappy about it?
Let's say you think your boss is a push over. You created your boss. How though?
Because maybe you think your job is an unfair situation and it's crappiness has nothing to do with you. (So why are you there?) Because you need a job. (The Universe does not understand need by the way, the Universe responds to energy. Unconditional Love being all powerful. ) Anyway, perhaps you project your crappy job situation onto your boss. However, in someway, as it concerns being responsible for your life (your job), you are being unfair to yourself (by thinking you need the job you have. Limitation.) Remember your life is always your responsibility. It's your creation. The ways you think your boss is a push over, are ways that you yourself lack self-confidence in your ability to create the life you want.
Infuse youself with Self-confidence (love). Your situation then has to change, because you have changed.
So your boss is a blessing. Spirit showed you where the extension of love was needed within youself.
Because the purpose of God's love in extension, is to extend love to places where love is not.
If you have faith in this,
your life WILL change, it is GUARANTEED.
FORGIVE anything you see that you rather not think about and then move on. Don't infuse any energy into the "don't want". Remember, what you resist persists. Energy goes where attention flows.
And
Infuse love in yourself where ever you perceived trespasses, doubts, faults, guilt, dislike, ugliness, etc.
Guess what happens when no one has a "need" for the news?
You say, "but I won't know what's going on!" Remember, you create your reality. There are people who never watch the news and they have great lives. You may say, "They are uninformed?" About what?
Know that the people who are called to do something about what happens in the world are going to get the information to do something about it regardless. Trust this.
When you are called, you will be moved to action, not through guilt, pity, or sacrifice, but through Love.
And remember,
God is Love.
Now...
How much do you want your reality to change?
PS- Don't try to change the illusion (person, situation, etc.). Just change your mind and the illusion will change. It can take time to see massive changes, but it doesn't have to. There is no order of difficulty in miracles, -ACIM. And remember, miracles are thoughts. What you truly believe--will manifest. (And it doesn't matter what it is. The material is simply an interpretation of a thought.)

The Art of Conscious Creation

We exist in a Field of Energy labeled with various names like Consciousness, the Force or Source, God, the Matrix, Oneness, All-That-Is, etc. This is the place called Heaven in the Bible, the place were we dream, the place Souls go when they die. Everything comes from this place. Here in this ‘field’ lie unlimited possibilities we can choose to experience moment-by-moment. And choose we do ― most of the time not even realizing we’ve made a choice.
We’ve been reminded over the last few years that we indeed create our reality. The questions that need answering are: how we go about creating reality unconsciously and more importantly, how we can begin to consciously create what we desire. Before I go into depth concerning reality creation, let’s take a look another look at the Field, or a term I like that best describes it: All-That-Is.
If we wrap our minds around the terminology, All-That-Is, we understand we’re describing everything and… nothing. All-Possibility, any idea, any thought, any possible future ― any anything ― already exists in the All-That-Is. It has to! The Field is all that is and all that will be… and… all that isn’t. Quantum Science tells us it’s our ‘observation’ that makes some thing ‘physically real’ from the All-Possibility of the All-That-Is. Another way to say this is it’s our focus, or what we give our attention to, that draws a matching vibrational energy into our experience.
Looking and expecting to see something is the very act that creates it. The quality of our beliefs while we are looking determines what we create. If we view ourselves, others and the world through a belief system of anger, fear, envy, the Universe will mirror these feelings back in our reality. Believing is seeing and not the other way around.
Simply by definition, All-That-Is means every desire; want or wish has already been fulfilled. We have already received the answer to our prayers. All the wishes are granted, all the wants and desires already waiting in the ‘wings’ ― they already exist. Every possible future we could ever imagine is birthed and we merely have to choose which one we want to experience. So conscious creation is really about choosing which reality we want to experience.
Ah, but there’s the trick: how to choose! And… how do we not choose the bad stuff? How do we deliberately choose among the infinite possibilities that lie before us? How do we ‘communicate’ with the Infinite One ― the All-That-Is ― that we’re ready to receive what we desire from the Universe? As with anything or anyone we wish to communicate with, we need to speak its language. We need to speak the language of God.
Interestingly, desire, wants, needs, wishes ― the things we want to create ― are usually born from the things we don’t want. And, there’s a key here; what we don’t want usually feels bad. The language of God is not a language of words; it’s a language of feelings. We communicate with the Field of Energy with our feelings.
Yes, we’ve been taught our thoughts create things, and we should think and grow rich or think and say positive affirmations to get what we want in life. But, that’s only part of the recipe. Ultimately it’s how we feel that brings us our desires.
Lastly, emotions are a crucial ingredient in the manifestation formula. Emotions and feelings are very similar, however, emotion can be thought of as the energy behind our thoughts and feelings. It’s what drives us. Emotions are the foundation our creations are built upon. Although we understand joy, bliss, happiness, appreciation, compassion, or hate, envy, jealousy and anger to be emotions (that we feel), any emotion we have will fall under one of two categories: Love or fear.
So our recipe for conscious creation is thought + emotion + feelings. If these three ingredients are misaligned, the choice we make from all the possible futures ― from all the possibilities in the All-That-Is ― become haphazard and most likely will create a reality where some of our desires are manifested, while most are never realized.
It is essential that we have extreme clarity to choose what we want and this requires our energies to be aligned with our desires. Again, the ingredients we use for conscious creation are thought, emotion, and feeling and unless all three are in alignment, a scattering of energies occurs and little (if any) manifestation of our desires takes place.
For example, if our thought is, “I want financial freedom,” a pattern of energy is sent forth that expresses that thought. However, any emotion or feeling that does not resonate with that thought is incapable of supporting our desire. Typically a thought about not having enough money comes from the emotion of fear. The feeling we get is panic, worry, and stress. So, we send this powerful energy out to the Universe: “I desire financial freedom!” So far, so good, but the emotion behind the thought is fear and consequently, the feeling we communicate to the All-That-Is brings us more panic, worry, and stress.
The key to choosing one possible future among the many possible outcomes is our ability to feel as if our choice has already happened. Using our example from above ― we ARE financially free and we need to feel what financial freedom feels like. We need to experience it with our five senses. See it, touch it, smell it, taste it, hear it… BE it! Here is where the imagination becomes our greatest tool. Find that quality of thought and emotion that produces the feeling of financial freedom, an ideal relationship, perfect health, or whatever you desire, and our world mirrors the feeling.
Now we are communicating with the Field! It responds to the vibration of our feelings. We’ve all heard that what we resist persists and worrying about something almost guarantees you’ll experience what you’re worried about. Now you know why. We’re choosing possible outcomes with our head by worrying, doubting, analyzing, brooding, and stressing about how things seem to be. Here is where we place our focus (on what we don’t want) and unconsciously choose the same reality again and again.
In the Secret movie we’re told there are three steps to attract what you want: ask, believe, and receive. These steps go hand-in-hand with the Conscious Creation formula: thought + emotion + feeling. The real secret then, is asking from our hearts instead of our heads by ‘feeling’ as if our desires have already arrived. There is no other way to communicate with the All-That-Is than by feelings. And, by feeling like we have already been granted our wish, we can expect consistent results.
You see, we exist in a dimension of duality: up/down, good/bad, right/wrong, etc. The human mind works with polarity and creates a strong feeling of what should be and what should not be. The mind is the judge and jury. Physics tells us when we create something positive; its polar opposite must be created as well. Using our logical, judgmental mind may appear to temporarily bring us what we desire but it soon fades as the opposite polarity is summoned to us as well. Our hearts, on the other hand, have no polarity. There is no left and right heart; it is one and it speaks with feelings.
Why not try the Conscious Creation recipe right now. Think of something you’d like to experience in your life. It can be anything you desire (remember it already exists in the All-That-Is). Maybe you’re thinking of financial freedom, or your ideal mate. Maybe it’s perfect health or a better job. Whatever you’re thinking about, rather than asking for it to come into your life, FEEL as though it has already happened. Feel it with all your senses with as much detail as possible.

We exist in a Field of Energy labeled with various names like Consciousness, the Force or Source, God, the Matrix, Oneness, All-That-Is, etc. This is the place called Heaven in the Bible, the place were we dream, the place Souls go when they die. Everything comes from this place. Here in this ‘field’ lie unlimited possibilities we can choose to experience moment-by-moment. And choose we do ― most of the time not even realizing we’ve made a choice.
We’ve been reminded over the last few years that we indeed create our reality. The questions that need answering are: how we go about creating reality unconsciously and more importantly, how we can begin to consciously create what we desire. Before I go into depth concerning reality creation, let’s take a look another look at the Field, or a term I like that best describes it: All-That-Is.
If we wrap our minds around the terminology, All-That-Is, we understand we’re describing everything and… nothing. All-Possibility, any idea, any thought, any possible future ― any anything ― already exists in the All-That-Is. It has to! The Field is all that is and all that will be… and… all that isn’t. Quantum Science tells us it’s our ‘observation’ that makes some thing ‘physically real’ from the All-Possibility of the All-That-Is. Another way to say this is it’s our focus, or what we give our attention to, that draws a matching vibrational energy into our experience.
Looking and expecting to see something is the very act that creates it. The quality of our beliefs while we are looking determines what we create. If we view ourselves, others and the world through a belief system of anger, fear, envy, the Universe will mirror these feelings back in our reality. Believing is seeing and not the other way around.
Simply by definition, All-That-Is means every desire; want or wish has already been fulfilled. We have already received the answer to our prayers. All the wishes are granted, all the wants and desires already waiting in the ‘wings’ ― they already exist. Every possible future we could ever imagine is birthed and we merely have to choose which one we want to experience. So conscious creation is really about choosing which reality we want to experience.
Ah, but there’s the trick: how to choose! And… how do we not choose the bad stuff? How do we deliberately choose among the infinite possibilities that lie before us? How do we ‘communicate’ with the Infinite One ― the All-That-Is ― that we’re ready to receive what we desire from the Universe? As with anything or anyone we wish to communicate with, we need to speak its language. We need to speak the language of God.
Interestingly, desire, wants, needs, wishes ― the things we want to create ― are usually born from the things we don’t want. And, there’s a key here; what we don’t want usually feels bad. The language of God is not a language of words; it’s a language of feelings. We communicate with the Field of Energy with our feelings.
Yes, we’ve been taught our thoughts create things, and we should think and grow rich or think and say positive affirmations to get what we want in life. But, that’s only part of the recipe. Ultimately it’s how we feel that brings us our desires.
Lastly, emotions are a crucial ingredient in the manifestation formula. Emotions and feelings are very similar, however, emotion can be thought of as the energy behind our thoughts and feelings. It’s what drives us. Emotions are the foundation our creations are built upon. Although we understand joy, bliss, happiness, appreciation, compassion, or hate, envy, jealousy and anger to be emotions (that we feel), any emotion we have will fall under one of two categories: Love or fear.
So our recipe for conscious creation is thought + emotion + feelings. If these three ingredients are misaligned, the choice we make from all the possible futures ― from all the possibilities in the All-That-Is ― become haphazard and most likely will create a reality where some of our desires are manifested, while most are never realized.
It is essential that we have extreme clarity to choose what we want and this requires our energies to be aligned with our desires. Again, the ingredients we use for conscious creation are thought, emotion, and feeling and unless all three are in alignment, a scattering of energies occurs and little (if any) manifestation of our desires takes place.
For example, if our thought is, “I want financial freedom,” a pattern of energy is sent forth that expresses that thought. However, any emotion or feeling that does not resonate with that thought is incapable of supporting our desire. Typically a thought about not having enough money comes from the emotion of fear. The feeling we get is panic, worry, and stress. So, we send this powerful energy out to the Universe: “I desire financial freedom!” So far, so good, but the emotion behind the thought is fear and consequently, the feeling we communicate to the All-That-Is brings us more panic, worry, and stress.
The key to choosing one possible future among the many possible outcomes is our ability to feel as if our choice has already happened. Using our example from above ― we ARE financially free and we need to feel what financial freedom feels like. We need to experience it with our five senses. See it, touch it, smell it, taste it, hear it… BE it! Here is where the imagination becomes our greatest tool. Find that quality of thought and emotion that produces the feeling of financial freedom, an ideal relationship, perfect health, or whatever you desire, and our world mirrors the feeling.
Now we are communicating with the Field! It responds to the vibration of our feelings. We’ve all heard that what we resist persists and worrying about something almost guarantees you’ll experience what you’re worried about. Now you know why. We’re choosing possible outcomes with our head by worrying, doubting, analyzing, brooding, and stressing about how things seem to be. Here is where we place our focus (on what we don’t want) and unconsciously choose the same reality again and again.
In the Secret movie we’re told there are three steps to attract what you want: ask, believe, and receive. These steps go hand-in-hand with the Conscious Creation formula: thought + emotion + feeling. The real secret then, is asking from our hearts instead of our heads by ‘feeling’ as if our desires have already arrived. There is no other way to communicate with the All-That-Is than by feelings. And, by feeling like we have already been granted our wish, we can expect consistent results.
You see, we exist in a dimension of duality: up/down, good/bad, right/wrong, etc. The human mind works with polarity and creates a strong feeling of what should be and what should not be. The mind is the judge and jury. Physics tells us when we create something positive; its polar opposite must be created as well. Using our logical, judgmental mind may appear to temporarily bring us what we desire but it soon fades as the opposite polarity is summoned to us as well. Our hearts, on the other hand, have no polarity. There is no left and right heart; it is one and it speaks with feelings.
Why not try the Conscious Creation recipe right now. Think of something you’d like to experience in your life. It can be anything you desire (remember it already exists in the All-That-Is). Maybe you’re thinking of financial freedom, or your ideal mate. Maybe it’s perfect health or a better job. Whatever you’re thinking about, rather than asking for it to come into your life, FEEL as though it has already happened. Feel it with all your senses with as much detail as possible.

I've Noticed a Warmth In the Skies
Greetings Fam,
I love you. I hope you are well. Breathe in 1-2-3. Breathe out 1-2-3. Why don't we do that more often, cuz you know it feels good when you actually let yourself do it. lol. It's very centering.
I live in Washington, DC and I noticed that the skies seem different. More regal, more present. I was born in Michigan and lived there awhile and let me tell you, Michigan has some of the most regal skies. It was then that I nicknamed the sky Big Blue and he was my best friend for years. I looked to him for inspiration.
Times changed. I changed, so the way I viewed the sky changed. I have changed again. Blue is saying something. Conveying something. I went to Virgina Beach and Blue couldn't stop talking. I went to Boston to see Amma (affectionately called, "the hugging saint") and Blue sprinkled prisms of rainbows across the sky the whole trip back to New York. And here in the Washinton, DC area, the skies have been harmonizing quite a regal array of cloud structures and sunrays. Perhaps I wasn't paying attention before. No, I've always noticed Blue, even when I was more attentive to other things. The feeling of the sky is different. It's warmer. I feel like it is conveying warmth.
Love is trying to get our attention. Please take a moment to think about how this is occuring in your life. It may not even seem like love at first. lol. I mean cloud structures? Really. Yeah, really. Pay close attention to what's occuring for you, what's speaking to you. Always follow what resonates for you. It will lead you to the truth you seek.
I read this for the first time to day.

First Creator energy is now being made available to the planet, on a vast level, vast. It's encircling the sphere. Light frequency is bombarding your planet, though only those who know how to use this energy can feel it. It is as if an invisible force is in your lives and if you are not aware of this invisible force, you will not see it....
We ask you to approach these times with an open mind, a creative mind,a loving mind, to move into the self. To trust the self. Open the heart. To connect with humanity, to awaken the others. To be gentle with who you are. For your difficulties you will lay down as they are old clothes that you will no longer fit into or wear. Your aches,longings and difficulties can all be laid to rest as you move into this great new garment of being....
Look into the eyes of fellow humanity and see yourselves for you are there. Bless each one with the knowing that you have and your awakenings will be greater than you ever imagined.Call on us for assistance and we will come to you. We send you our blessings, our dearly beloved friends.
